The Process, Step by Step
Get an instant quote
Enter your pickup and delivery ZIP codes, your vehicle and your timeframe. In about 30 seconds you see an all-in price. No account, no obligation.
Book your shipment
Confirm the details, choose open or enclosed, and reserve your pickup window. We match the load with a vetted carrier already running your lane and verify its insurance before dispatch.
Driver calls ahead
The carrier contacts you to confirm a pickup time. A loaded hauler is 75 feet long, so if your street is tight the driver arranges a nearby open lot.
Pickup and inspection
You walk the vehicle with the driver, note its condition on the bill of lading, hand over one key and get a copy. Keep it; it is your record.
In transit
Your vehicle rides with the carrier. We track the load and send updates. Transit runs about 1 to 2 days per 500 miles.
Delivery
The driver calls ahead again, you inspect the vehicle against the pickup report, sign the bill of lading and you are done.
Before Pickup
- Wash the car so the inspection is accurate
- Leave about a quarter tank of fuel
- Remove toll transponders, parking passes and garage openers
- Take out personal items, or keep them under 100 lbs below the window line
- Fold in mirrors and retract antennas
- Note any existing damage with photos
- Have a spare key ready for the driver
Payment
Getting a quote is free. Payment terms are confirmed at booking before anything is charged. Most customers pay a portion at booking and the balance to the carrier at delivery; the exact split is shown on your confirmation. Cards, Zelle and certified funds are accepted.
Common Questions
Do I need to be home for pickup?
You or anyone over 18 you authorize must be present to release the vehicle and sign the bill of lading.
How are carriers chosen?
Every carrier is screened for active FMCSA authority, safety record and current cargo insurance before we dispatch to it.
What if there is damage?
Compare the vehicle to the pickup inspection, note any new damage on the bill of lading before signing, and call us. The carrier's cargo insurance covers transit damage.
Can I track my car?
Yes. We track the load with the carrier and send updates, and you can call us any time for a status.
