How Auction Pickup Works

Auction yards have their own rules: specific gate hours, a buyer number and lot number on every release, and a short free-storage window before daily fees begin. When you book, give us the auction name, location, lot number and your buyer or member number. We dispatch a carrier that works that yard, the driver presents the release at the gate, loads the vehicle and delivers it to your door.

For salvage and non-running vehicles, tell us at booking so we assign a carrier with a winch. Vehicles that do not roll or steer need a forklift load at the yard, which most Copart and IAA locations provide for a fee.

Auctions We Pick Up From

  • Copart and IAA salvage auctions nationwide
  • Manheim, ADESA and dealer-only auctions
  • Greater Milwaukee Auto Auction and other Wisconsin yards
  • Chicago-area auctions including Manheim Arena and ADESA Chicago
  • Online auctions: Bring a Trailer, Cars & Bids, eBay Motors
  • Private sellers and estate sales

For Dealers and Flippers

If you buy regularly, we set up a dealer account with one contact, consolidated invoicing and priority dispatch on repeat lanes. Multi-car loads from the same yard cost less per vehicle. Call the main line to set it up.

FAQ

Common Questions

How fast can you pick up from an auction?

Usually within 1 to 3 business days of booking at major yards, which keeps you inside the free-storage window at most auctions.

Can you ship a non-running or salvage vehicle?

Yes. Tell us at booking and we assign a winch-equipped carrier. Vehicles that do not roll need a forklift load at the yard.

What do you need from me?

Auction name and location, lot number, your buyer or member number, and the gate pass or release document if the auction issues one.

Do you deliver to my dealership?

Yes, to any business address during its hours, or to a residential address.
